We are currently not shipping at this time. We offer Local Pick Ups & Deliveries.

How long will it take my gift to be delivered?
Enter the date you will need it delivered by, we will email you to coordinate a  delivery date and confirm the address.

Can I customize my order?

Will my gift look like the photo?
We make every effort to ensure the gift box looks exactly the same as shown, however some products may needed to be substituted due to non availability or discontinuation. We will reach out if this is the case.

What is the Return Policy?
All Sales are Final. No Exchange or Return on any products.
But if there are any issues with your gift, please do let us know within 24 hours. We take every effort to ensure your Gift Box looks amazing.

I’m having problems placing an order. What do I do?
If you are having trouble at any stage of the process, we are happy to help! Email us at we will respond in a timely manner.

I want to order multiple gifts that will be delivered to multiple addresses but your website only allows one address per order. How can I do this? 
There are two options, you can either (1) place a separate order for each recipient, or (2) email us the details of your multiple piece order and we will send you an invoice to pay for all of the gifts in one transaction. 

Can I add a personal notecard to my gift?
Yes - When you check out, include your message in the box that says "NOTES" and we will handwrite your sentiment and include it with your gift.

Can I substitute items from a pre-designed box? 
Yes, we can offer substitutions on our pre-designed boxes or baskets. Please email us to arrange this.

Do you offer pick up option?
We do offer free curbside pick up in North Vancouver, address provided at checkout.

What if I want my gift to arrive on a specific day?
If you are wanting your gift to arrive on or be picked up on a specific day then just make a note of the day you would like it delivered/picked up in the ‘additional notes’ section when you place your order and we will do our best to make that happen.
