Do you ship?
Yes! We offer Canada-wide shipping as well as local pick-up and delivery in North Vancouver.

How long will it take my gift to be delivered?
Local deliveries are usually between 24-48 hours or Enter the date you’d like your gift delivered, and we will email you to coordinate the delivery date and confirm the address.

Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! Email us at saltgiftco@gmail.com to discuss customizations. We also offer custom corporate gifting options.

Will my gift look like the photo?
We do our best to ensure your gift looks exactly as shown. Occasionally, products may be substituted due to availability or discontinuation. If this happens, we will contact you in advance.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No exchanges or returns. However, if there are any issues with your gift, please notify us within 24 hours. We take every effort to ensure your gift box looks amazing.

I’m having trouble placing an order. What should I do?

Can I order multiple gifts for different addresses?
Yes! You have two options:

  1. Place a separate order for each recipient.

  2. Email us the details of your multi-recipient order, and we can send you a single invoice for all gifts.

Can I add a personal note to my gift?
Yes! Include your message in the “Notes” section at checkout. We will handwrite your sentiment and include it with your gift.

Can I substitute items from a pre-designed box?
Yes! Substitutions are possible for pre-designed boxes or baskets. Email us to arrange your custom selection.

Do you offer pick-up options?
Yes! We provide free curbside pick-up in North Vancouver. The address will be provided at checkout.

Can I schedule my gift for a specific delivery or pick-up date?
Yes! Simply include your preferred date in the “Additional Notes” section at checkout, and we will do our best to ensure your gift arrives on that day.
